OUR RETURN POLICYWe strive to make certain all products are error and defect-free but as in any business and no matter how much quality control a product undergoes, a defective CD or DVD slips by us every once in awhile. When that happens we'll quickly correct such defect by sending you a replacement CD or DVD subject to the following terms and conditions: As with any music or video product returns for refund or credit cannot be given, however, a defective CD or DVD product can be exchanged for the same title. Defective means the CD or DVD cannot be expected to play properly or will not play properly in any device capable of playing normal, commercially available audio CD or DVD's. If you believe you have a defective CD or DVD please email us at returns@thehohosong.com and we'll give you an authorization number and address for its return. IMPORTANT: Do not send a return without first having obtained an authorization number from us. We will not accept unauthorized returns. All claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of defective product. Exchange is not permissible for any product that has been misused or abused in any way. Product that does not ship on time or reasonably within stated timeframes, is not refundable. Sorry, but there are no refunds given on ringtones. |
