GENERAL RETAIL RETURNS |
| Thank you for considering a purchase with us. Returns are
accepted only for new merchandise as purchased through any of our authorized websites. Item
exceptions are music or videos in any form, downloads, any customized items, auction
merchandise except as noted and other items or services noted below. You may return any new item purchased from us that you find unsatisfactory for any reason within 30 days receipt providing you first contact us to obtain a proper Return Authorization Number. A refund by check or credit adjustment will be issued within 21 days receipt of your accepted return. Item must be as shipped with all original packing materials included. Missing accessories, signs of abuse or improper use or carelessness are not acceptable for return and/or will be charged against your refund check amount or credit adjustment. Any item returned without valid reason is subject to a 15% restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund check or credit request. You understand and agree to this when requesting a refund check or credit adjustment. Shipping costs, both for initial delivery as well as return shipping, are at your expense and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. |
GARMENTS AND T-SHIRTS |
| We want you to be satisfied with your new MegaballZ shirt. Our limited warranty against defects covers all work and materials for thirty (30) days from receipt. For customized items this warranty is further limited to "like replacement" of defective item only as no refunds can be given. Failure to launder according to provided care instructions will void this warranty. Slight fade or minimal image loss may occur from first laundering, which is considered normal and acceptable and not covered under this warranty. Abnormal wear or abuse is not covered. MUSIC, VIDEO OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS |
Sorry, but as is customary these items are not returnable, except for manufacturing defect and then only on a like for like, even exchange basis. No refunds or credit can be given for customized items. Contact us for an Exchange Authorization Number. AUCTION ITEMS INCLUDING CONSIGNMENT ITEMS |
Auction returns (new or used items) are generally not included in this Return Policy Statement as each auction is unique and conducted according to its own terms and conditions. In general, items are described as accurately as possible and therefore sold on an “as-is,” non-returnable basis unless specifically stated otherwise. There may be other exceptions allowing auction returns such as DOA (non-working on arrival) but will be so stated in the auction terms. If a return provision is not stated, it should be assumed and understood no return privileges exist. Please familiarize yourself with the specific terms and provisions of each auction prior to bidding. Consignment items will be identified as such and should always be assumed and understood that no return privileges exist, unless specifically stated otherwise or agreed to in writing, prior to sale. Additionally, no expectation for fitness of merchantability or other warranty is given on auction items, unless specifically stated otherwise. |
THIRD PARTY WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - ALL SALES |
Some manufacturers choose to honor their warrantees in third party sales while others won't. In most cases, the original manufacturers warranty does not extend to third party purchasers (you) except when a seller is an authorized dealer or distributor for their products. Many unauthorized sellers will try and tell you a warranty is included when in fact, the company won't stand behind it. Assume nothing, ask first. |
ADVERTISING ERRORS AND OMISSIONS - ALL SALES |

We cannot, however, accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in the representation of any such items. We will make a reasonable effort to retract or correct such errors or omissions, once they are made known to us or otherwise discovered, but cannot guarantee this before actual sale. |
